我国特有濒危药用植物降香黄檀遗传多样性研究 被引量:14

摘要 应用RAPD标记对降香黄檀的遗传多样性进行研究,从144个10-mer随机引物中筛选出6个具有多态性检测能力的引物。对6个居群的77份降香黄檀样品进行了分析,共检测出33个位点,多态位点18条,占54.55%。物种水平Nei基因多样性指数(h)为0.2137,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.3137,以上三个指标在居群水平的平均值依次为:40.9%、0.1353、0.2048。结果表明降香黄檀遗传多样性较丰富,认为其资源濒危主要源于乱砍滥伐,并提出保护策略。 In this study, RAPD markers were used to understand the genetic diversity of D. odorifera. 6 effective primers were selected randomly from 144 specimens, to assess 77 individuals in 6 populations. A total of 33 DNA fragments were scored, 18 of which showed polymorphism. The POPGENE based analysis produced a range of polymorphic -band percentages. Nei gene diversity (h) and Shannon information index (I) of D. odorifera were 54.5% , 0. 2137 and 0. 3137respectively, at a species level. At the population level, 3 parameters mentioned above were averaged at 40.9% , 0. 1353 and 0. 2048, respectively. Relatively high level of genetic variations was identified in D. odorifera. The endangered status was mainly caused by human excessive exploitation of natural resources. Strategies were proposed for managing and protecting D. odorifera in the future.
