摘要
本文在回顾我国高校开展文化素质教育十余年历程的基础上,分析了通识教育在文化素质教育中的地位和作用,提出在通识教育中贯彻文化素质教育理念,在文化素质教育的基础平台上实施通识教育,从而进一步充实和完善文化素质教育的内容和内涵,使其在中国大学教育中深深扎根。
This paper discusses the place and role of general education in what is named and practiced in the Chinese university as ＂cultural quality-oriented education＂. Basing its arguments on a survey of cultural quality-oriented education over the last ten years in a number of Chinese top universities, the paper proposes that the two are complementary with each other, as general education facilitates a platform for conducting and promoting cultural quality-oriented education whereas the latter＇s educational idea should be implemented in the operation of the former.
