摘要
为探讨以及神经嵴受损与心脏畸形发生的关系,采用白色来亨种鸡胚受精蛋280只,对不同体节部位和不同范围心脏神经嵴受损后以及畸形的发生进行了研究。结果发现;双侧神经嵴受损可产生室间隔缺损,右室双出口及大血管异常。
The objective of this study was to explore the relation of cardiac neural crest ablation and cardiac malformations. White leghorn chicken embryo fertilized eggs (n= 280) were used to study the association of cardiac neural crest ablation of various positions corresponding to somite 1, 2 and 3 and their extent with cardiovascular malformations. The results of this study showed that VSD,DORT and aortic arch anomaly occurred in 50.0%, 28.8% and 7.7% survival chicken embryos after bilateral ablation of cardiac neural crest, respectively, whereas VSD and aortic arch anomaly occurred in 12.3% and 43.1%, respectively, of survival chicken embryos after unilateral ablation of cardiac neural crest. No DORV was found in the latter group. No cardiovascular malformation occurred in control group. In conclusion, the incidence of cardiovascular malformations was related to the extent (bilateral or unilater- al) of ablation (P<0.001), but not related to the positions corresponding to somite 1, 2 and 3 of neural crest ablation (P<0.05).
