摘要
专业建设是地方新建本科院校一件十分重要的工作,由于教学资源有限,地方新建本科院校在专业的提质、拓展、改造等方面都受到很大的制约。应以科学发展观为指导,根据学院的办学定位和当地经济社会发展需要,注重内涵,构建特色,从师资队伍建设、教学管理水平、人才培养质量、科研能力提升方面着手,全面加强专业建设。
Program construction is a very important job in the newly established local colleges. Lacking of teaching resources, the improvement, development and reforming of the program of the newly established local colleges are seriously restricted. A scientific development view should be followed as the guiding line in its construction. And efforts should be made, according to the college＇ s own judgment of its position and the needs of the lo- cal economic development, to attach more attention to its content and characteristics, to improve the construction of the faculty, the managing efficiency of teaching affairs, the quality of the talents and the researching capabilities.
