摘要
用分光光度法记录了一种菁染料在不同溶剂中的吸收光谱，研究了染料浓度，溶剂性质，外加盐离子和温度对染料聚集状态的影响。在适当条件下可以获得所需要的染料聚集状态。
The absorption spectra of a cyanine dye are recurcletl by spectrophotometry in differentsolvents. The effects of enviromental variables on dye I aggregation states as concentration, solvent,additives and temperature are discussed. The needed aggregation state can be obtained in the suitableconditions.
