小儿紫癜性肾炎24例临床分析

摘要 过敏性紫癜性肾炎是儿科常见的继发性肾损害，临床上在过敏性紫癜病程（多数在6个月内）出现血尿和（或）蛋白尿，即可诊断。紫癜性肾炎的肾脏病理变化极不一致，造成临床表现多种多样，因此诊治及预后也各有不同。本文总结了2004年4月～2006年9月在我科住院治疗及随访的24例紫癜性肾炎患儿临床资料，对本病临床表现、部分病理改变、治疗及预后进行回顾性分析，以提高对本病的诊治水平。
