空调电机端盖冲压拉深工序的动态仿真

摘要 通过对空调电机端盖冲压件的复杂多次冲压工艺分析,初步确定工件各道工序的形状与尺寸,然后利用DYNAFORM软件对冲压工序进行动态模拟,分析冲压工序的合理性。通过修改参数,确定切实可行的冲压方案。再根据确定的方案设计制造模具,冲压出符合要求的工件。对冲压工序的设计方法和多道成形的动态模拟方法进行了说明,确保了模具设计的成功,缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。 By analyzing stamping processes of the complicated stamping work-piece based on the bulkhead plate of air-conditioner, Shapes and dimensions of the semi-finished products of every stamping process are defined preliminarily. According to the shapes and the dimensions of the semifinished products, the simulations for the stamping processes are carried out. The reasonableness of the stamping processes is analyzed. The suitable stamping scheme is obtained by means of modifying the parameters of the semi-finished products. The die sets are fabricated based on the scheme and the qualified product can be stamped out. This paper describes the dynamic simulation method of the multi-step forming and the design approach of the stamping process. It makes die sets designed successful at the presence of time saved and cost effective.
