摘要
目的:探讨及评价生理驱动高仿真模拟技术在我国急诊医学教育领域的应用及存在的问题。方法:使用中国大陆地区首次引进的生理驱动高仿真模拟人对初、中、高级医生进行心肺复苏模拟训练,进行学员反馈意见统计分析。结果:参加本项目模拟培训的医生共106人,高级职称20人,中级18人,住院医师68人。共回收学员反馈意见表82份,认为此项技术应用价值很大者占95%,认为在非技术性能力培养方面有很大作用者占85%,认为与临床实际相似或十分相似者占92%,感到收获较大或很大者占90%,认同“简短理论讲授+分项技术练习+综合模拟演练+录像分析总结”培训方式者占98%。结论:生理驱动高仿真模拟培训技术在我国急诊医学(继续)教育方面可以发挥巨大作用,尤其是在非技术性能力陪训上作用独特。此项技术有待进一步完善,还需要花费很大的精力进行开发。此项技术并非万能,不能完全替代临床实习或诊治实践,应该与实际操作练习并重使用。
Objective: To investigate and evaluate the usage of the technique of physiology-driven high fidelity patient simulator on emergency medical education domain in China. Methods: To train the residents and some senior doctors with physiology-driven high fidelity simulator -- Human Patient Simulator (HPS) and Emergency Care Simulator (ECS), and analysis the feed back remarks of the trainees. Result: 82 feed back remarks were collected from the trainees, 95% of them considered that it is very useful in emergency medical education; 85% considered it is valuable and effective on rising non-technical competence; 92% thought that the simulate training performance is quite similar than that of real clinic rescue, and felt that it's very helpful for them to have the training course. 98% of them agreed with that the new method of training is do better than the old one. Conclusion: The technique of physiology-driven high fidelity patient simulate is valuable and has a very good perspective in both undergraduate and postgraduate training of emergency medicine in our country, especially in the training of non-technical competence. We still have a long way to go in the improvement of its usage in the emergency medical domain. With this technique we can not do everything, and there are still remained some limitations about the use of it. So we should combine the simulate training and the real clinic practice.
