摘要
土地利用变化及其效应研究已成为全球变化研究的前沿。文章以金华市区近八年来与土地利用相关的社会经济统计数据为依据,利用相关分析和因子分析方法,分析金华市区土地利用变化的驱动力影响因素。分析结果表明:金华市区土地利用变化驱动力因素以最优经济福利驱动和粮食安全驱动为主,并对实现土地可持续利用和保障粮食生产等相关问题作了些讨论。
The studies of land use change and its effect have become forward research of the global change. This article was based on related social economy statistical data of the land use in Jinhua urban district in recent eight years, and analyzed the factors affecting driving forces of the land use change in Jinhua urban district by using correlation analysis and factor analysis method. The results showed that the driving forces of the land use change were primarily the optimum economical welfare and grain safe actuation. This article also discussed how to realize the land sustainable use and to safeguard grain production and so on.
