尺骨冠状突骨折伴肘关节后脱位的治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨尺骨冠状突骨折伴肘关节后脱位的有效治疗方法。方法:根据患者的骨折类型分别采用保守治疗、手术治疗等不同治疗方法,并早期结合自主功能锻炼。结果:患者骨折临床愈合时间为4w～7w,平均5w;肘关节功能恢复程度治疗优良率为71.4%。结论:肘关节的稳定性与尺骨冠状突的高度及周围软组织结构密切相关,应区别不同的类型采取不同的治疗方法,方能取得满意的疗效。
