摘要
目的研究丁基橡胶塞对普鲁卡因注射液稳定性的影响。方法通过普鲁卡因注射液的不同包装生产工艺,丁基橡胶塞直接与注射液接触(样品1)和通过涤沦薄膜隔离注射液与丁基橡胶塞(样品2)二种方法制备普鲁卡因注射液,经过消毒后测定注射液中普鲁卡因的含量和其分解产物对氨基苯甲酸的含量。结果样品1和样品2制备的注射液中普鲁卡因和对氨基苯甲酸的含量分别为0.2390 g.100 mL-1,0.2270 g.100 mL-1和1957μg.100 mL-1,3215μg.100 mL-1。结论丁基橡胶塞对普鲁卡因注射液的稳定性有很大的影响。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of butyl rubber stopper on the stability of procaine hydrochloride injection. METHODS Determination of procaine hydrochloride and p-aminobenzonic acid in two procaine hydrochloride injections prepared by different methods ( No 1 preparation: butyl rubber stopper exposed to the injection and No2 preparation: isolated butyl rubber stopper from the injection with polyester film). RESULTS Contents of procaine hydrochloride and p-aminobenzonic acid in two different prepared procaine hydrochloride injections were 0.2390 g · 100 mL^-1 ,0.2270 g · 100 mL^-1and 1957 μg · 100 mL^-1 ,3215μg · 100 mL^-1. CONCLUSION Buthl rubber stopper has the effect on stability of procaine hydrochloride injection.
