摘要
目的探讨MDM2和CD44v6联合检测对子宫内膜癌预后判断的意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测72例子宫内膜癌的MDM2、CD44v6的表达情况,并用10例正常子宫内膜组织进行对照。结果子宫内膜癌组织中MDM2和CD44 v6的阳性率分别为63.9%和69.4%,并且随临床分期和恶性程度增高,阳性表达率亦增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论MDM2和CD44v6的表达对判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度,预测肿瘤侵袭转移和评估预后中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of MDM2 and CD44v6 and grade of malignancy and clinical stages of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Using immunohlstochemistry S- P MDM2 and CD44v6 were deteeed in 72 case of endometrial carcino- ma and 10 ease of normal endometria tissues. Results The positive rate of MDM2 and CD44v6 was 63.9% and 69.4% ,respectively.Their expression levels were strongly associated with the clinical stages and the grade of malignancy（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Apoptosis play an important role in the positive expression of MDM2and CD44v6 in endornetrial carcinoma to evaluate the degree of malignancy and infiltration and metastasis for tumors,and it can also predict the prognosis of patients.
