摘要
流量仪表在有些使用场所不能离线校准定期检定,如大型输水管不允许停役,为探知现场使用条件下流量测量系统的准确性,必须在现场实施在线校准、比对或验证等三个不同层次的运作。简要回顾了当前实行的这些在线校准和在线比对,着重阐述了电磁流量计和超声流量计所采用的评估验证流量仪表运行状况的方法。
On some circumstances, off-line periodic calibration of flowmeters are not allowed, e.g. out of service is not possible for large bore water supply pipelines, or for investigating accuracy of flowmeters under site service conditions, thus online calibration, comparison and vertification of three-different-layer operation is necessary to be implemented on fields. These current operating on-line calibration and comparison are reviewed briefly. The methods to evaluate and vertify the running status of electromagnetic flowmeter and ultrasonic flowmeter are expounded emphatically.
