摘要
根据半导体激光器对注入电流的稳定性要求高和对电冲击的承受能力差等特性,对其驱动电路进行了设计。针对具体的980 nm泵浦激光器,采用负电源模拟电路方案,研制了包含慢启动和功率稳定功能的驱动电路,其输出驱动电流稳定度达到2×10-4,应用于激光器后得到了小于4‰的光功率稳定度。
According to the performance characteristics of semiconductor laser diode, such as the high stability requirement to driving current and the weak endure ability to electric shock, drive power for pump laser module was designed. Concretely for 980 nm pump laser, using negative power analog circuit technology, a novel laser drive with slow turn -on and optic power steady circuit has been realized. Experimental results show the stabilization of output current attains to 2 × 10 ^-4, less than 4‰' light power stability was obtained, when use the drive to a laser module.
