摘要
从零售业态构成要素出发,确定零售业态的6个基本构成要素及其24个维度,以此对业态创新的内容进行探索性研究,提出基于零售业态创新内容的路线图,并通过实例对这一路线图进行应用说明,最终回答零售业态创新中“创新什么”的问题。
This paper takes a view of the retail format innovation, which is mostly concentrated on "why innovate" and "how innovate", seldom is on "the context of innovation". So based on identifying the 6 dimensions and 24 items of the retail format, the paper carried on an investigating research of the contents of format innovation, proposed the route diagram of the format innovation, and illustrated it by application. In doing so, the paper answered the question of the context of the retail format innovation.
