摘要
目的观察中药脐疗法治疗前列腺痛的临床疗效。方法参照美国NIH分类法的诊断标准,将前列腺痛患者132例随机分成两组:治疗组72例,以中医辨证分型配方,用中药脐疗法;对照组60例,用西药特拉唑嗪和黄酮哌酯治疗,疗程均为30d。观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.2%,对照组为90.0%,(P<0.05)。结论用脐疗法治疗前列腺痛是一种简便有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of applying Chinese medicine on the umbilicus in treating prostatodynia. Meathods Based on the diagnostic criteria of National Institutes of Health （NIH）classification, 132 cases of prostatodynia patients were randomly divided into treatment group（72 cases）and control group （60 eases）. According to traditional Chinese medicine,patients in treatment group were treated with application of traditional Chinese medicine on the umbilicus. Another 60 patients in control group were＇ administered with terazosin and flavoxate. The curative effects were observed and the data were analyzed statistically. Results There is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Administration of traditional Chinese medicine on umbilicus in treating prostatodynia is simple and effective.
