头孢曲松T>MIC达标的影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析不同剂量和不同静脉滴入速度对头孢曲松T>MIC的影响,为临床合理应用该药提供理论依据。方法:以一室药代动力学模型为基础,设定头孢曲松的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为8%g·ml-1,T>MIC达标值为45%,计算头孢曲松在采用不同的剂量和给药速度时的T>MIC,分析剂量和给药速度对T>MIC达标的影响。结果:临床常用的四种剂量都可使头孢曲松的T>MIC达标,增加给药剂量可使头孢曲松的T>MIC明显增加,而延长滴注时间对提高T>MIC的作用不明显。结论:头孢曲松可选择每日剂量一次给药,对中介细菌应将每日剂量增加至1g以上,分1 ̄2次静脉给药。
