水热法合成由纳米棒自组装而成的TiO_2微米球 被引量:2

摘要 一定条件下,用水热法以0.15mol/L的TiCl3饱和NaCl水溶液在玻璃基板上制备了TiO2微米球,SEM,TEM和XRD表征结果说明,生成的TiO2晶体为金红石型,TiO2微米球由TiO2纳米棒大规模自组装而成.研究了添加剂尿素的含量、反应温度、反应时间和TiCl3起始浓度对产物的影响,探索出了制备TiO2微米球的最优条件,并讨论了反应机理.
