新型吡咯类杀虫剂溴虫腈合成研究 被引量:1

New Synthesis Method for Arylpyrrole Insecticide Chlorfenapyr

摘要 阐述了芳基吡咯类活性化合物的研究与开发进展,对文献报道的溴虫腈合成路线进行了归纳和分析,设计了以对氯苄胺为原材料的新的合成路线,总收率达到52.1%,纯度为96.1%。通过红外光谱、核磁共振对产品进行了结构表征。 The research and development of chlorfenapyr and the production in domestic and abroad were introduced. A new synthesis process applied para-chlorobenzylamine as material was obtained. The total yield reached 52.1% and the product purity was 96.1%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, 1^HN and 13^CNMR.
