Fe-6.5%Si粉末的混合与特性研究

摘要 研究了不同级配的Fe-6.5%Si粉末的混合均匀性,测试了其粉末特性,并在不同的辊缝条件下进行了粉末轧制。结果表明,在本实验条件下粉末经过2.5~3h混合后达到比较均匀的混合状态。通过Horsefield填充原理级配能够优化粉末的特性,得到的流动性最好的粉末能够轧制成较为致密的带材。 The uniformity for different kinds of gradation composition of Fe-6.5%Si powders was investigated. The characteristics of the powders were measured. The powders were rolled under different rolling gap. The results showed that the good uniform powders were obtained after blending for 2.5-3 hours. The characteristics of powders could be optimized with horsefield theory. The powders with good fluidity were rolled into compact strips.
