摘要
基于高校教学和科研改革不断深入的环境背景,针对普遍存在于全国各高校在设备采购管理上的问题,结合工作实践,为搞好高校采购管理进行了有益的探索。
Based on the environmental background of the developing reform of teaching and research in universities, according to the existed problems in the equipment purchase and management, combining the working practice, this article made a useful and beneficial exploration on university＇s equipment purchase and management.
