骨盆恶性骨巨细胞瘤7例CT诊断

摘要 目的评价CT对骨盆恶性骨巨细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析7例经手术病理证实的骨盆恶性骨巨细胞瘤的CT表现。结果7例中发生于耻骨支2例,坐骨支2例,髂骨翼2例,同时发生于耻骨支、坐骨支1例,恶性骨巨细胞瘤呈溶骨性破坏伴有周围软组织肿块,其内可见瘤骨或钙化灶,邻近组织结构受压移位。结论CT对骨盆恶性骨巨细胞瘤的诊断具有重要诊断价值。最终诊断仍需经病理检查确定。
