摘要
水环境包括水力环境和水质环境两部分,且水力环境决定水质环境的变化方向。因而水环境评价应该同时进行水力环境和水质环境的评价。水质环境评价应该包括现状评价、动态评价和污染程度评价三项内容。现状评价是对比现状水质与标准之间的关系,而动态评价可反映水质变化的趋势。由此可实现评价现状、找出原因、制定防治规划措施的水环境评价的目的。
The water environment consists of water-power environmen t and water quality environment and the waterpower environment often dominates the changing direction of water quality environment, therefore, water environment evaluation should simultaneously carry out the evaluations of water-power environment and the water quality environment. The water quality environment evaluation should consist of such three parts as the current situation evaluation, the dynamic evaluation and the pollution degree evaluation of water quality. The current situation evaluation is to contrast the current water quality with the water quality standard, the dynamic evaluation can reflect the trend of water quality change. Therefore, the aim of water environment evaluation, such as the evaluation of current water environment, seeking out the cause of water pollution, and working out the plan of water pollution prevention measures, can be achieved.
