摘要
目的:观察针灸推拿配合骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法:60例用针灸推拿配合骶管冲击疗法治疗,疗程10天。结果:治愈32例,显效26例,无效2例,总有效率96.6%。结论:针灸推拿配合骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出疗程短,疗效好。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage and moxibustion combined with sacral injection on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods： Siuty cases were treated by acupuncture and massage and moxibustion combined with sacral injection. Result： After one coure of treatment , thirth -two cases were cured. There were significant therapeutic effect for wtenty-sin cases. No effect for two cases. The total effective rates were 96.3%. Conclusion ：The course of treatment of acupuncture and massage and moxibustion combined with sacral injection on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was short. The therapeutic effect was significant.
