摘要
本文首次用正交实验研究了在支持物衬底上测定咖啡因的室温燐光光谱法的最佳条件,并在该条件下测定了安钠咖注射液中咖啡因的含量。
A method of substrate pbosphorometry has been used to determine caffein in caffeinsodium benzoate injection. An orthogonal test is carried out to select the optimum experimental condition for the determination. The method is accurate and precise with detection limit of 2. 74×10^(-5)mol/L. Sodium benzoate does not interfer with the determination.
