小麦转基因技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自1992年第一株转基因小麦问世以来,小麦的遗传转化一直受到人们的关注。十几年来,通过转基因技术实现的小麦遗传转化弥补了经典小麦育种的不足,突破了可利用基因库的限制,取得了可喜的进展。本文主要从小麦的转化目标基因、相关报告基因与选择标记基因、转化受体、基因转化方法等方面对小麦转基因技术研究进展做简要概述。
