摘要
以竹炭为基材,热塑性白乳胶为粘接体,双面覆无纺布为增强和表面装饰材料,采用热压成型工艺制备竹炭—白乳胶复合板。通过正交试验考察了竹炭粒度、施胶量及热压时间对复合板物理性能的影响,结果发现施胶量是影响复合板各性能的主要因素。制备工艺参数竹炭粒度为50目、施胶量为20%、热压时间为10 min时,复合板的质量指标可达到抗拉强度4.5MPa,静曲强度10.5 MPa,弹性模量1270 MPa,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率0.9%,24 h吸水率35.3%。
With bamboo charcoal as basic material, white latex as adhesive and nonwoven cloth as reinforcement and surface decorative material, bamboo charcoal composite board was prepared by hot-pressing formation technique. Effects of various levels of resin consumption, hot-pressing time and granularity of bamboo charcoal on the physical properties of the composite board were evaluated through the orthogonal tests. The results showed that resin consumption was the main factor that affected the properties of the composite board. With the granularity in 50 mesh, 20% resin consumption and hot-pressing for 10 minutes, the composite board could have the following properties : tensile strength 4.5 MPa, modulus of rupture 10. 5 MPa, modulus of elasticity 1 270 MPa, 24 h thickness swelling rate 0.9%, 24 h water absorption rate 35.3%.
