Study on Solvent Extraction of Gold from Alkaline Cyanide Solution by Guanidine and Phosporic-Oxygenic Compound

摘要 研究了胍与磷氧化合物从碱性氰化液中萃取金的性能,考察了胍、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和三丁基氧化膦(TBPO)的浓度对金萃取性能的影响。结果表明:Au(I)的萃取率均随着胍,TBP,TBPO浓度的增大而增大。由胍与磷氧化合物组成的萃取体系对Au(CN)2-的萃取速度比较快,当[Au(CN)2-]=100 mg.L-1,胍浓度为0.1 mol.L-1,TBP在有机相中的体积比为30%及相比为1时,萃取2 min已基本上达到平衡。水相中金的浓度越高,金的萃取率越低。水相的pH值从10增至13时,金的萃取率逐渐升高。研究了含有Au(CN)2-,Ag(CN)2-,Zn(CN)42-及Cu(CN)43-混合液中对金的萃取选择性,实验表明在pH值为10时金的选择性能最高。实验用亚硫酸钠溶液和硫氰化钾溶液来反萃金,结果表明:硫氰化钾溶液能有效反萃金,且硫氰化钾的浓度为12 g.L-1时,金的反萃率为87.9%。 The behaviors of extracting gold from alkaline cyanide solution with guanidine and phosphoricoxygenic compound were studied. Effects of guanidine concentration and TBP concentration and TBPO concentration on the extracting behaviors of gold were examined. Experimental results showed that the extractions percentage of gold were all increased with rising of guanidine concentration and TBP concentration and TBPO concentration. The extracting system composed of guanidine and phosphoric-oxygenic compound can extract Au (CN)2^- faster from alkaline cyanide solution, when concentration of Au (CN)2^- was 100 mg·L^-1, guanidine concentration is 0. 1 mol·L^-1, TBP concentration was 30% (V/V) in the oil phase and phase ratio was one, the extracting equilibrium will be buih basically after two minutes. The higher of gold concentration in the aqueous phase was, the lower of percentage extraction of gold was. Rising of pH value in aqueous phase from 10 to 13, the percentage extraction of gold increases gradually. The extracting selectivity of gold when the aqueous phase contains Au (CN)2^-, Ag(CN)2^-, Zn(CN)4^2- and Cu(CN)4^3- was studied, and the results showed that the selectivity of gold was highest when the pH value in aqueous phase is 10. Gold in oil phase were back-extracted with sodium sulfite solution and KSCN solution, the results showed that KSCN solution can back-extract gold efficiently, and the percentage back-extraction was 87.9% by KSCN solution which its concentration was 12 g·L^-1.
