摘要
随着高等教育大众化的不断发展,我国的高等职业教育如雨后春笋,蒸蒸日上,已成为我国高等教育的半壁江山,使得高职院校的现有师资远远满足不了招生规模不断扩大的需要,加强青年教师的培养和“双师型”教师队伍的建设,是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要一环,高职院校必须正视青年教师的师资现状,加强对青年教师的培养,以建立一支高素质的师资队伍。
With the development of higher education,higher vocational education in our country has become popular and greatly developed, which makes the teachers of higher vocational institutions fail to meet the need of the increasing number of the students. Young teachers＇ cultivation and the construction of the engineer-instructor teachers are the important steps of teacher construction in the vocational institutions of higher learning. These schools should face the present situation and strengthen the cultivation of young teachers in order to build excellent teachers.
