摘要
综述了近年来国内外牛毛色基因的研究进展,重点介绍了MC1 R、agouti基因和牛毛色的相关性研究进展,并简述了黑色素的形成和调控机制,最后对牛毛色形成的调控机制提出了一假设模型。
The recent progress in coat color gene of cattle was discussed in this review. Especially, we introduced the MC1R and agouti gene. Moreover, this review depict the creation and adjustment of, melanin briefly, in the end, we deduced a hypothesis about adjustment of cattle coat color.
