摘要
针对大型装置结构复杂、价格昂贵,难以进行实装条件下的操作与维修训练等问题,采用Multigen Creator和Vega为视景仿真软件开发平台,研究了大型装置起竖过程视景仿真系统的实现。讨论了基于Creator的大型装置实体建模方法,以及利用Vega进行系统工作流程的驱动问题,给出了模拟操作中观察者的视点变换、起竖装置关键运动仿真与控制的实现方法。应用结果表明,该视景仿真系统逼真的演示出了大型起竖装置的操作过程,并满足系统仿真的实时性要求。通过对该视景仿真系统的研究,证明了采用虚拟现实技术对复杂装置的操作及运动过程进行视景仿真是一种高效、廉价、实用的方法。
Aiming at the problems of large mechanisms' complicated structure, high price, and the problems that it is very difficult to carry out the training of operation and maintenance on actual device, the implementation of visual simulation system for the erecting process of large mechanism is studied. Muhigen Creator and Vega are adopted as the development platform of visual simulation software. The topics about the modeling method for large mechanism based on Creator and the driving of work flow of system based on Vega are discussed. The method for simulating the transformation of observer' s viewpoint in operation and the control and simulation of erecting mechanism' s key motion is provided. The results show that this visual simulation system demonstrates the operation process of large erecting mechanism livingly and can meet the requirement of real time simulation. The study that using virtual reality to simulate the complicated mechanism visually is efficient, cheap and practical.
