摘要
本文用耦合理论给出了拓宽的完整的硅脊背形光波导单模区域，在这个区域内，利用脊背高与波导竟之比的一系列取值．可设计出各种大尺寸的单模硅光波导，这给硅波导的设计和制造带来更大的自由度．
Using strong coupling theory, this paper presents a broaden full-region single mode region of Rid structure optic waveguide. In this region, using a series of values of region of rid height and waveguide width, you can design the waveguides with variant size. The result of paper gives a very convenient choice to design and fabricate optic waveguide.
