摘要
本文着重介绍了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的降血糖机理,以及在治疗2型糖尿病中的使用,并详细阐述了目前在食品中发现的各类α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂以及其结构组成。
Antihyperglycemic mechanism of α-glucosidase inhibitor was mainly explained in this paper. It also introduced how the α-glucosidase inhibitor was used to treat non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Furthermore, there showed some α- glucosidase inhibitor deriving foods.
