摘要
替身演员是在影视作品中代替主要演员出演那些主要演员无法亲自完成或不能亲自完成戏份的人员。在我国,替身演员署不署名由制片方说了算。本文以章子怡“裸替”和《夜晏》制片方的纠纷为例,就替身演员是否是演员、替身演员署不署名能否由制片方说了算进行评析探讨,并介绍了国际上为替身演员署名的成功经验和笔者的建议。
Stand - in, a person who replaces an actor in some scenes. In china, the stand - in whether signs her name or not which is decided by the producer. Now, zhangZiyi＇ s naked substitute is in dispute with the producer of the film YeYan about the signature right. Here, the writer uses this case as an example to discuss whether the stand - in is an actor or not, and whether the producer can decide signature right of the stand - in. The writer also introduces some successful experiences on signing the stand -in＇name in the world and gives some suggestions.
