摘要
用从烟草根际土壤中分离的一株硅酸盐细菌B925及其发酵原液和发酵液的无菌滤液进行了对峙培养促进烟草种子萌发、离体叶片接种法和室内盆栽防治烟草黑胫病试验16S rDAN序列分析。结果表明:①B925发酵液处理能促进烟草种子萌发;②能减轻烟草黑胫病的扩展。对烟草黑胫病的预防作用为58.3%;③该菌为胶质芽孢杆菌。
A strain of silicate bacteria, B925, isolated from the rhizosphere soil of tobacco plants in Fujian Province, it showed inhibition on Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae and other plant pathogens, and inhibited the former effectively either in the form of fermentation liquid or the aseptic filtrate of the liquid. The fermentation liquid at a dilution of 10 promoted the germination of tobacco seeds. The results in vitro inoculated test showed that the fermentation liquid of B925 prevented the spread of tobacco black shank disease, and the indoor pot experiment indicated the control effect was 58.3%. By 16S rDNA sequence analysis, strain B925 was identified as Bacillus mucilaginosus.
