大学生是宝贵的人才资源,民族的希望,祖国的未来。做好大学一年级新生思想政治教育工作对他们的健康成长来说起着奠基性的作用。因此,要根据大学一年级新生的特点和自身存在的不足,既要从大局着眼,又要从细微入手,针对性进行思想政治教育,才能更好地实现工作目标。
College students are peculiar falent resource, the hope of a nation and the future of a motherland. It plays an important role for the students＇ healthy growth to do the ideological, political and educational work well.
