摘要 本文总结了Cummins公司在铸铁镶圈活塞粘结失效方面的经验。柴油机活塞铸铁环座的设计及粘结层影响到活塞的可靠性,断续的冷态裂缝缺陷渗透到Alfin粘结层被确认为是活塞粘结分离失效的原因,基于有限元分析与实验提出了环座设计的参数。利用超声波探伤进行严格的检测可以减少部件中的缺陷。 The piston ring carrier bonding failure of the Cummins company was summed up. The structure design of the cast iron ring carrier and the bonding layer affected the piston durability. The intermittent cold crevice penetrated into the bonding became the original crack. The design parameters brought forward based on FEA and test The ultrasonic technology could lessen the casting defects.
