摘要
目的规范药品不良反应报告和监测工作的管理。方法依据新修订的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》,建立医院药品不良反应监测网络,健全医院药品不良反应监测工作制度。结果药品不良反应报告和监测工作得以顺利开展,不良反应病报告的数量和质量显著提高。结论建立ADR监测网络,有利于临床药物治疗及护理水平的提高。
Objective To normalize the administration of reporting and monitoring on the adverse drug reaction （ADR） in our hospital. Methods Based on the new revised ＂The reporting and monitoring administration measure on ADR＂, to establish a monitoring network and consummate the institution of ADR monitoring in our hospital. Results The works of reporting and monitoring ADR proceed smoothly in our hospital since ADR supervising network established. The quantity and quality of ADR reporting are increased quickly and improved greatly. Conclusions Establishing ADR monitoring network could contribute to improvement of the clinical medication and quality of care.
