摘要
采用间歇分级结晶工艺对从乙烯装置副产的轻焦油中分离得到的粗萘产品进行提纯试验,通过对不同纯度粗萘原料的降温结晶和升温发汗过程进行考察,得到了较全面的工艺过程基础数据,由此获得了工业结晶器各级的适宜操作条件。在此基础上建立工业分级结晶器操作的计算模型,为工业结晶器的开发和设计奠定了基础。通过分级结晶提纯过程,可获得纯度达到99.5%以上的精萘产品。
The purification of crude naphthalene separated from ethylene unit by-product tar was studied by a batch fractional crystallizer. Experiments of crystallization and sweating were carried out using various purities naphthalene samples, thus, the operation stage parameters for industrial crystallizer were available. A mathematical model was set up to provide basic data for scaling up. The purity of refined naphthalene could be more than 99.5 % by said fractional crystallization process.
