摘要
通过对浙江省现状大中型灌区灌溉管理存在问题的分析,并结合国内外的最新研究成果,指出灌区灌溉用水管理的发展方向是灌区用水实时调度,而决策支持系统(DSS)可大大提高灌区用水的实时预测能力,从而提高灌区灌溉管理水平。
The problems existed in the management for large-medium scah irrigated districts in Zhejiang are analyzed in the paper. The latest research result indicates that the real-time dispatching of irrigation water is the development direction of irrigation water management according to the latest result at home and abroad. Moreover, the decision support system （DSS） can greatly raise the real-time prediction ability of water use in the irrigated district and its management level in the irrigated district will be largely enhanced.
