摘要
通过正交试验对油田采出水混凝处理的主要影响因素及其水平条件进行试验研究。L16(45)正交试验结果表明,影响混凝处理过程的主要因素次序为:慢速搅拌转速>快速搅拌转速>慢速搅拌时间>快速搅拌时间>双药剂加药时间间隔,各影响因素的最佳水平条件分别为:慢速搅拌转速60r/min(对应速度梯度G值为190.84s-1,GT值为11 450.4),快速搅拌转速250r/min(对应速度梯度G值为27.86s-1,GT值为16 716),慢速搅拌时间10min,快速搅拌时间1min,双药剂加药时间间隔0.5min。
The primary effect factors and the level conditions of coagulation for oil-field produced water treatment are studied using orthogonal experiment. The result of L16(4^5) orthogonal experiment shows that the order for the factors influencing the coagulation effect is: slow mixing speed〉fast mixing speed〉the slow mixer time〉stir with acute speed〉acute speed stirring time〉time interval of double medicament, and the best condition for coagulation is: the slow mixing speed 60 r/min (the G value 27.86 s^-1, the GT value 16 716), the fast mixing speed 250 r/min(the G value 190.84 s^-1, the GT value 11 450.4), the slow mixer time 10 min, the fast mixer time 1 min, time interval of double medicament 0.5 min.
