摘要 目的:探讨血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)在博莱霉素(BLM)致大鼠肺纤维化肺组织中的表达及其在肺血管损害中的作用.方法:采用免疫组化方法结合图像分析处理系统,研究VCAM-1在博莱霉素致肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中的免疫反应.结果:在正常对照组,VCAM-1大鼠肺组织中呈弱表达,分布于肺泡上皮细胞、细支气管上皮细胞、肺泡巨噬细胞及少量的肺内间质.在实验组,VCAM-1亦表达于上述细胞并呈高表达,两者差异有统计学意义(P(0.05).结论:在博莱霉素致大鼠肺损伤中VCAM-1是肺血管损害的重要细胞因子之一,它参与了肺组织炎症和纤维化过程. AIM: To explore the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 ( VCAM-1 ) in pulmonary tissues of rats with bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis and the role of VCAM-1 in vascular injury. METHODS: The VCAM-1 in pulmonary tissues of rats with BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis was analyzed by immunohistochemical technique and image processing system. RESULTS: The expression of VCAM-1 in the lung tissues of normal rats was weak, and distributed mainly in alveolar epithelial cells, bronchiole epithelial cells, alveolar macrophage and some pulmonary interstitium. The expression of VCAM-1 in lung tissues of rats with BLM -induced pulmonary fibrosis was higher than that in normal rats, with significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: VCAM-1 is one of the important cell factors in BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis and it direcdy participates in the pulmonary inflammation and the process of fibrosis.
