摘要
目的提高护生对护理职业损伤与防护的认知程度,从而提高其职业安全意识,降低职业损伤的发生。方法对在临床各科实习6-8个月的186名实习护士进行职业损伤及自我防护的问卷调查,并就不同学历的护生进行分组比较。结果(1)损伤情况:不同学历组发生的职业伤情况大致相同,差异无统计学意义,主要以锐器伤为主;(2)自我防护:总体防护意识不理想,其中仅“接种乙肝疫苗”一项,各组间有统计学差异,以本科组最佳;(3)接受相关知识的教育情况:100%的护生认为相关教育必要或非常必要,而只有50%的护生表示学校开设过职业防护的相关课程。结论不同学历组的护生在临床护理实践中发生职业伤害的情况均比较严重,且自我防护意识薄弱;加强护生职业安全教育,提高健康防护意识,是减少职业损伤的关键。
Objective To improve the cognitive degree of occupational injury and self - protection among nurse trainees, so as to increase their occupational safety and decrease occupational injury. Methods A survey was conducted in 186 nurse trainees who have been clinical interns for 6 to 8 months with occupational injury and self-protection questionnaire. The results were compared between trainees with different educational backgrounds. Results （1） The occupational injuries were similar in trainees with different educational backgrounds,with the injuries mainly caused by sharp apparatus; （2） The overall self-protection consciousness was poor in the trainees. There was significant difference only in the item of ＇ inoculating B type hepatitis vaccine＇ between different groups,with the best performance found in trainees having bachelor degree; （3） All the trainees thought it was ＇necessary＇ or ＇very necessary＇ to have related education,only 50% of trainees had related courses in their previous educations. Conclusion The problem of occupational injuries is somehow severe in clinical nurse trainees with different educational backgrounds; the trainees have a poor self-protection consciousness. To strengthen occupational safety education and upgrade selfprotection are the keys for reducing occupational injury.
