摘要 污染环境的生物修复技术是环境生物技术的重要发展方向之一,生物修复效率的提高受到诸多因素的影响。本文从生物修复过程中的生态环境条件、目标污染物、降解微生物等角度概括了污染环境生物修复技术的最新研究进展,并针对现场应用过程中遇到的技术放大问题展望了生物修复技术研究的发展方向。 Bioremediation of contaminated environment is one of the core developing tendencies of environmental biotechnology, and the increase in bioremediation efficiency is affected by many factors. In this article the recent research advances in contaminated environment bioremediation were summarized from the viewpoints of ecological condition, target contaminants and degrading microorganisms during the bioremediation progress. And against the technical field enlargement problem caused in the locale practice of bioremediation, the future development of bioremediation technology was presented
