摘要
基于APDL的有限元优化设引方法,对高速电力机车转向架构架进行优化设计分析,得到的轻量化构架的结构受力更加合理、应力分布更加均匀,实现减重4.4%,可以满足静强度、疲劳强度和振动摸态的要求。
The optimization design and aw, dysis is done to the bogie frame of high speed electric locomotive, in the way of finite element optimization design method based on APDL. The construction force of the light weight frame is more rational and the stresses are distributed more evenly. The mass is reduced by 4.4% and could meet the requirement of static strength, fatigue strength and vibration model.
