热处理对原位VC/Fe复合材料组织和性能的影响

摘要 在反应铸造法制备的原位VC/Fe复合材料的组织中,Fe基体中除了弥散分布着大量细小的VC颗粒外,在晶界处还存在着一定数量的网状Fe3C,从而降低了材料的韧性。研究了热处理工艺对原位VC/Fe复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,热处理不影响VC颗粒的尺寸和分布,但对晶界Fe3C的形态和数量有着一定的影响。随着奥氏体化时间的延长,Fe3C数量降低,形态愈趋于断网状。在960℃奥氏体化3h并淬火的条件下,复合材料主要由弥散分布的VC颗粒与马氏体组成,其硬度HRC为62,冲击韧度为7.9J/cm2。 The toughness of in-situ synthesized VC/Fe composites with a lot of uniformly distributed fine disperoids can be deteriorated due to the existence of some net-like Fe3C particle at grain boundary.The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of in-situ synthesized VC/Fe composites have been approached.The results show that heat treatment can change the morphology and amounts of Fe3C phase at grain boundary,however,it dose not affect the size and distribution of VC particle.With increasing the austenizing time,the amounts of Fe3C phase can be decreased with the morphology trending towards discontinuous net-like structure.The composites is mainly composed of dispersively distributed VC particles and martensite with austenizing for 3 hours at 960 ℃ and quenching,where the hardness of the composites is 62 and impact toughness is 7.9 J/cm2.
