摘要
为探讨“快乐体育”教学的实效性。随机抽取解放军艺术学院两个班39名女生。将其分成两组进行为期一个学期的教学实验,实验组采用快乐体育教学;对照组进行传统体育教学.实验结果显示:实验组实施快乐体育教学.教学效果明显提高,学生赞同快乐体育。快乐体育有利于促进学生身心健康和谐全面发展.
To study the effect iveness of "joyful sports teaching", two classes of female students from the PLA Art Academy are randomly divided into two groups, the"joyful sports teaching" are adopted to the experimental group for one somester while the control group are taught in the traditional way. The results show that the teaching effects of the experimental group are greatly improved and joyful sports teaching helps build not only healthy bodies but also healthy minds.
