摘要
综述了纳米发光材料的发展现状,着重阐述了稀土掺杂复合氟化物纳米晶的制备和荧光性质,并对这一新兴领域进一步的研究工作作了展望.
The recent developments of nanoscale luminescent materials are introduced in this paper. Emphases are laid on the synthesis and spectral characteristics of rare-earth doped complex fluoride nanoparticles. Finally, some suggestions of further research are made in the new field.
