摘要
病毒进化是病毒与宿主相互作用的结果,也是新病毒出现的原因。社会现代化导致了新发病毒疾病的传播并选择了病毒变异株。由于病毒可以经航空运输和城市化迅速传播,建立一个基于临床和实验室的病原学监测系统是早期发现新发病毒性疾病的关键。
Evolution is the result of host virus interactions on a large scale and is the cause of emerging virus. The modernization of society has led to spread of infection and selection of new virus variants. Because of the potential for rapid spread of viruses via air travel and urban development, a svrveillance system based on hospital and laboratory network is required for primary care physicians and health care workers to discover emerging viral diseases early.
