摘要
文章总结了近10年来脊髓型颈椎病的中医药治疗研究进展。从辨证论治研究、专法专方研究、中医综合治疗、其他疗法研究几个方面阐述了当前临床所用的治疗药物、治疗方法、临床疗效及相关治疗机理。强调中医药在本病非手术疗法中的重要性。系统分析了中医药治疗的优势及局限性,启示今后研究的思路。
The paper summarized the progress in treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with TCM in recent years. Some common used drugs and therapeutic ways, their mechanism and effective power were expounded from these aspects, such as study of syndrome differentiation, special ways and prescription, combined therapy of TCM, and so on. The importancc of TCM was emphasized in non - operative therapy. The paper systemically analyzed the superiorities and limits of TCM therapy, which was an inspiration for further study.
